The service
BuyOrNot lets people share products they are considering buying and lets others vote and comment. Votes and comments are personal opinions from other users, not professional, financial or purchasing advice. You are responsible for your own buying decisions.
Your content
Only post photos you took yourself or have the right to use. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display it on the service.
Not allowed
• Spam, undisclosed advertising, or posting on behalf of a seller without saying so. • Fake accounts or manipulating votes. • Illegal, hateful, sexual or violent content, or content infringing anyone's rights. • Personal information of other people.
Links and affiliates
Users may post links to third-party shops. We are not responsible for third-party sites or products. If we earn a commission from a link, we will label it clearly.
Moderation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Posts reported by several users may be hidden automatically while we review them. To report a copyright issue, contact [legal@your-domain].
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made based on content on the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
